From this PC you must be able to reach the InfinitePlay devices to be controlled, therefore it is recommended to check the availability of our system before requesting assistance.
How to request assistance remotely
An InfinitePlay technician will connect remotely to your PC
Follow the steps indicated in the screens shown below. Once the TeamViewer QuickSupport is started you will be connected with an InfinitePlay technician who will remotely help you solve the problems you have encountered.
